I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location on a wooded hill a mile away from the sea was absolutely breathtaking. The service here was top-notch, with amenities like car hire, housekeeping, and laundry available. The free shuttle service was a bonus and made it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I loved the welcome drink they provided. The outdoor swimming pool and beach access were perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Plus, the entertainment provided by the animation team was absolutely fantastic!
This place is ideal for families!

The nearby Aquapark Aquamania and close train station make this place convenient for entertainment and transportation, and the food was satisfactory.

The hotel is in a remote side of Albena. It is a very good hotel for families with kids(The kids have their own food, animators, pools, shows, and ice-cream near every pool:). The food is variate, with a Swedish buffet with continental food. There are 3 pools, with one of the pools being in a closed space. The drinks are free, and the bar is open 24/7, with the bartenders being very nice. There are shows for the guests of the hotel every other night. There is WIFI in the lobby of the hotel.
This is a very important information for everyone. If you book an economy room, you will get a room in a separate building from the Ralitsa Superior. The room is small, 3*, and most of the room have not such a great view. I suggest booking the regular room. It is bigger, with big comfortable beds, A/C, and most of all, a beautiful view of the pool and the gardensThe reception manager is kind of rude. If you ask him a favour, his favourite word is "NO". When we got to the hotel, we asked what is the difference between the regular and the economy room, because they don't even have an English site where everyone could read. The answer was that the economy is in sector K(the building near the main hotel). We weren't happy, so we asked for an upgrade, to which we were answered with a very rude " We can't do anything for you".Also, if you are NOT travelling with your kids, beware that the poolside is very very noisy and crowded, so if you are on a romantic trip, or just want to have a quiet relaxing time, choose other hotels.

Great beaches and water park, plus friendly staff
My Christmas vacation was not as good as it could have been. Despite friendly staff, many things went wrong. The hotel was at least half an hour away from any restaurants and the all-inclusive buffet was underwhelming. Additionally, the room smelled like mold and the bathroom was dirty. It did not appear as though the maids were cleaning everything thoroughly. The activities were geared towards German speakers, so we were left feeling excluded. I would not recommend this hotel for an enjoyable holiday.

I had a great time at this hotel. The beach was a short walk away, but I could also use the free shuttle or public transport. The hotel facilities were perfect, especially the aquapark which was amazing. I also loved the efficient interior design of my room and the well-equipped bathroom. The restaurant offered a varied selection of foods and fresh fruits, making it easy for me to find what I like. Additionally, I found the staff to be friendly and helpful during my stay.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We loved the access to the Aqua Park, great rooms and pool area, friendly animation team, varied food, and convenient beach location with free sunbeds and umbrella. The free wifi and entertainment were also a plus.
Nothing bad to say.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and main street, making it easy to explore the area. the rooms are clean with friendly service and a good breakfast selection. There are also several swimming pools, bars, and restaurants on-site for convenience.
Some staff members can be pushy and rude when asking for tips, which can ruin the experience for some guests.

Our Christmas stay was enjoyable with friendly staff and good food. the location was close to the beach which allowed us to take a nice walk in the mornings. the indoor pool and sauna were great extras to enjoy during the colder days.
The room was outdated and in need of repairs. the walls were thin, and we could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms.
